When will my order ship?
Processing times are stated in the description of each product listing, but here's a general guide:
For products listed as *Ready to Ship* the processing time is 1-3 days.
For products listed as *Made to Order* the processing time varries from 2-6 weeks for knit pieces, and 3-5 days for embroidered hats and print on demand items.
For products listed as *Pre Order* the processing time varies because I need to sell a certain amount (stated in the description) in order to fund production.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
I currently do not accept returns or exchanges. Please check photos and descriptions carefully and contact me with any questions or if you would like additional photos or measurements!
What if there is something wrong with my order?
If there is anything wrong with your order upon arrival please contact me as soon as you can!
What if my order is lost or stolen?
If your order is lost or the tracking number hasn't updated in over 7 days, contact USPS to file a lost package claim as soon as you can so they can investigate and try to locate your package. Stay hopeful! If they are unable to locate your package I'm soo sorry, unfortunately there's nothing I can do. If you would like to re order your lost item reach out and I will give you a discount.
If your order says delivered but your package is missing, check with neighbors and wait at least 24 hours before loosing hope as sometimes USPS accidentally marks packages as delivered prematurely. I've experienced this a couple of times. If you’re order was stolen I'm soo sorry, unfortunately there's nothing I can do. If you would like to re order your stolen item reach out and I will give you a discount.
If you're concerned about this and you would like to add insurance or a signature requirement please reach out before placing your order!
Can I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order contact me via DM and/or this form immediately or as soon as possible after placing your order! If you do not contact me immediately after placing your order I can not guarantee I will be able to cancel your order, but I will if possible!
